Hi guyz,
just wanted to share my experience, Concorrent filing married to USC I485, I-765, I-130
07/26/2019 - Sent 485 , i130, i765 to chicago lock lock box
07/31/2019 - Notice date (Notice recieved)
08/22/2019 - Biometrics Done
<<<<Freeze time no updates on anything>>>> Files are at NBC
11/04/2019 - Called USCIS and applied for expedition
11/06/2019 - Status changed for I765 "Expedition request received"
11/08/2019 - Received email to fax supporting documents
11/25/2019 - Expedition for EAD is approved
12/02/2019 - RFE issued on I-485
12/07/2019 - RFE received(Tax documents of joint sponsor)
12/08/2019 - Sent overnight mail to USCIS
12/10/2019 - Case status updated: RFE Recieved by USCIS now begin working
12/16/2019 - Called and talked to higher level officer
- Officer said siince they are reviewing my RFE there is HOLD on I-765.Once NBC remove the HOLD they will send EAD for production.
