Case Assigned to an Officer
NYC August AOS filer
F-1 visa

I have a couple of questions:
1. Two days ago I received the courtesy letter for missing I-693. I've read that it usually means that I should get an interview notice soon. Can anyone share their experience?

2. Today I spoke with a Tier 2 officer, because I wanted to ask about an expedite I requested for my I-765. He said my case was being assigned to an officer. I never received an answer on the expedite. How long does it usually take after it has been assigned to an officer? Or what does it mean?

3. How fast/slow are the NYC offices?

Timeline:
8/12: USCIS received my documents
8/19: USCIS cashed the checks
8/22: Received receipt notice for I-485 (I never received my notice for the I-765)
8/30: Letter with biometrics appointment
9/10: Biometrics Appointment
12/2: RFE for I-485 (received the letter on 12/6) Sent the evidence that same day
12/3: Completed the review of my fingerprints for I-765
12/3: Expedite Request for I-765
12/6: My request for expedite was completed (but never really received an answer)
12/10: USCIS received the response to the RFE
12/10: Went to Congresswoman's office to ask them to raise an inquiry on my case.
12/16: Received courtesy letter for missing I-693 (Letter was dated 12/11)
12/18: Spoke to Tier 2 and said my case was being assigned to an officer
