Hello, guys!
Most likely, I’m the last person here who applied in 2017 and still waiting.
I have no idea what else to do.. calls, requests, letters to Ombudsman.. we’ve tried everything.
Our interview was fast and smooth. It was in Nov 2018 and no answer since then. Every time my husband and I call, they say our case is under review. What kind of review?! we have bonafide marriage, we are not criminals, we pay taxes, the interview was successful, what are they looking for?! We’re totally pissed off!

They’re increasing the processing time frames online. ALL THE TIME! That’s why we can’t write Congressman because instead of 20-24 months it’s 33,5 months right now and officially our case is INSIDE of the process time.
We don’t want to sue them because it’s too expensive and not always productive. Is there any other options we don’t know about?
We would appreciate any advice!
