Name change of I30 petitioner
Hello All,
We have filed I 130 and I 485 concurrently on oct 1st 2019.
I got married to a greencard holder and my wife wanted to change to my last name during the US citizenship Naturalization process and she has her oat ceremony last week and changed her name to have my last name.
Now, I recieved a RFE to provide evidence of my wife’s Us citizenship which I’ll provide a copy of her naturalization certificate but it will have her new name witch is her first name and my last name.
Does USCIS understand that as she got married to me and will bear my last name? Or do I need to provide any other prof for name change?
If anybody has same scenario , kindly help me out.
