Hi all, sharing timeline so far for Boston-based AOS package. I'm the USC, my husband is adjusting from student visa.
PD: 9/30/19
Receipts: 10/11/19
Biometrics completed: 10/28/19
Ready to schedule for interview: 11/27/19
Interview scheduled: 12/18/19
Just waiting for the letter to see when the interview date will be...ah!! My husband just wants to work again.
Of note, immediately upon receipts I realized I made a mistake on his I-765 form...sent a letter and on 10/17/19 certified letter was received. After waiting almost 2 months and hearing nothing back--called USCIS last week and they are "actively working to fix the error."
At this rate, may have the green card before EAD? Surprised it has gone by so quickly!
