Adjustment of Status - I-485

I received an email asking me to fax proof of hardship, however, it was hard to fax the documents because their fax is loaded and kept rejecting my fax. I ended up faxing the documents into three parts placing my cover letter on each part. I chatted with an agent asking if they received my evidence and he said it shows that my request was received only. I disconnected right away because I figured the agent is clueless and doesn't know that they requested evidence from me.

I am afraid they deny my case because they didn't received my evidence or they didn't put the three parts together though I put my cover letter and the numbers on each one.

any similar experiences with expedite and proof fax?
