Wife refused to attend interview with me
Hi guys. Today, I had my interview at federal plaza, New York. My wife refused to attend with me. I did everything I could but she refused. The officer said she couldn’t interview me coz my wife wasn’t there but she’ll inform her supervisor. I told the officer that my wife couldn’t come coz of her new job. Few minutes ago, I received a notification stating this;
On December 20, 2019, we requested that certain people associated with your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY XX, come to an appointment.
No one came to the appointment, and this will significantly affect your case.
We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action.
What can I do guys? I need your help. Can I go for VAWA instead?
