Hello my dear friend,
I have been married to u.s citizen for 8 month. I got assaulted by wife and called the police and she was taken to the jail for a day. I have restriction order and hospital report. The pictures of my wounds that was taken by the officer. I want to convert my case to wawa. so my question is when I sent all my documents for adjustment of status. The only document we did not send was my wife's birth certificate. Right now We are getting divorce and I do not know that Uscis may know that she was born in America. My lawyer told me that this is not going to be problem, but I have a concern. Next week I'm gonna be sending my all documents for abuse spouse green card, but can uscis verify that my wife was born in Oregon / America without her birth certificate?
