Second Interview?
Hi everyone,
My PD was May 1st, and we had our interview in October. Everything went well, the officer only asked us a few questions. We brought with us lots of proof of our marriage and I was sure that I was getting approved on the spot.
But to my surprise, I received a letter today for a second interview. The letter of the interview was in my husband’s name and the reason they put was I-130 Petition.
Does anyone know if this could be a “stokes interview?”
And if it is a stokes interview, do you guys have any tips or suggestions?
Please any advice would help me a lot, I am devastated.
