We filed i486 and i130 together, documents mailed on 6th dec. still no reciept from uscis
1.How long it will take to get EAD
2. My spouse is USC and m on h1b visa which expires on jun2020, i can apply for extensions but i have mandatory travel plans in july 2020 not sure h1b will get approved or not
3. Please let me know how long it will take for interview or will i get EAD before interview
4. When is the good time to apply for advance parole as i hav to travel outside country in july 20
5. Can i travel outside of country if my advance parole approves even my h1b extension still in pending status??
