Recently there has been process change notice from US Consulates Washington and Houston mentioning - OCI applications can be sent to any consulate irrespective of jurisdiction. I checked with CKGS and they mentioned this is allowed now. Has any one leveraged this process? For example, sending to NY consulate from Texas.
