I got married to my husband who is USC but he is disabled, beside his low salary (about 13.000/year) he is also receive a SSI about ($7.000/years). His income is not high enough to sponsor for me, so my dad in law is co- sponsor . Now I'm waiting for my GC interview, if my husband receives SSI from 2010 after his accident, will the IO will consider about my husband may be can't afford to take care for me and refuse GC for me? I'm so worry because I know public charge still pending but on USCIS's FB they post Final rule for that already.
