Hey all,
Last week a man nearly 60 years and women in her 30 showed up at our house. First they went to my mother in law and was asking her is my wife still lives with her mother. Then they blow up my wife phone asking her to meet her. She is us citizen and I am out of the country currently. Has interview in October. They also went to my office finding about me. They tried all their best to find proof and evidence to prove this marriage is sham. But when they found out none they tried to emotional blackmail and force my wife to sigh some paper saying her to withdraw the AOS petition. Since we are truthful and she agreed to support me no matter what she didn't sign those paper.
Now my question to y'all is what will the next step or process USCIS is going to take regarding my case?
