I’m waiting for any update or ead card.im from Indiana.i've got a job offer from Texas but I don't have an ead yet. If I submit the offer letter will they update the speed of my ead process? Here is my timeline.
Married: for almost 3 years
PD: may13,2019
Rfe received: July 19,2019
Fingerprints done and updated in the system: September 24,2019
Rfe submitted: Oct 09, 2019
Rfe updated in the system: Oct 11, 2019
After that there is no update on my case. It's been 76 days since I last got any update and 226 since I applied for my case.
So of I submit the offer letter will they give me an ear card?
As I'm from Indiana going to a well paid job in Texas will it effect my case credibility. I'm am engineer and I'm doing odd jobs since last two years and it's hard to meet the ends meet. My wife wants to stay in Indiana. What I should do?
Should I move temporarily to Texas or wait till my interview is done.
Any suggestions and help is highly appreciated.
