I-485 Interview
Hi Everyone,

I need your opinion on my case or if there is anyone who has the same experience, please let me know on what happen on your cases.

Here is my timeline:

July 2016 - Arrived in the US under B1/B2 Tourist Status
March 2017 - Change to F1 status
January 2018 - Petitioned for EB3
January 2019 - I-485 / I-130 was denied due to lawyer's fault. The lawyer refiled it.
March 2019 - Got married to a USC
March 2019 - Filed I-485 / I-130 based on Marriage
March 2019 also - I485/I-130 from EB3 got approved, but my husband and I decided not to continue with it since we already got married.

April 2019 - schedule from Biometrics
August 2019 - I received the notice for our interview.
September 10, 2019 - INTERVIEW (my interview came first, I have not gotten my EAD before my interview).
September 13, 2019 - online system says that EAD combo card is for processing.

My husband and I was interviewed together at first. The IO asked us about the forms and basic questions. Then IO asked for our documents such as insurance, bank accounts and photo albums. Then he told us to wait for him outside. Upon waiting, my husband was called on his own, and we were separated already. I waited for him outside, until I was called for the interview. The officer asked us basic questions and we almost answered everything. My husband told me that his interview alone went well, and for my case, I think it went well too.

After the interview, I was handed with a paper that "my case needs to be reviewed" for 120 days. Then on 9/16/19, I received my EAD combo card.

Everyday and today, when I checked on line, it is still the same status: your case needs to be reviewed. I am getting anxious on this process and my husband is also getting worried. We never received any RFE too after the interview.

We have consulted a lawyer, and the lawyer just told us to wait....My receipt number is under "MSC" and my PD is 3/09/19.

I just want this to be over so we can start a family.

Let me know your thoughts. God Bless Us All.
