Please i will like to know if it a general issue for USCIS to delay case till now or
If the problem is from the I-601 and RfEI( co-sponcorship)
I-601 was file along with case due to lawyer advice. Is the lawyer right or wrong?

7/5/19 case updated to show fingerprint were taken
RFEI was sent august 6 2019
Sep 10 2019 uscis received rfei response
Case remain stagnant till date without any response from USCIS.
But lawyer said USCIS NBC has case backlog and we should be patient till its our turn
