Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed there’s some movement after the holidays and certain people are getting updates. I am looking forward to receiving one as well.
My PD is 09/06/2019, and I’ve done my biometrics on 10/01/2019. I haven’t heard anything since then. I check my status every day a hundred times expecting a sudden change. I was thinking about expediting my EAD, however my attorney suggested not do it because USCIS already have my spouse income on file which is quite large.
My spouse and I are going through hard time for the past 5 weeks. Our home was affected by huge fire that led to smoke damage, we are presently living in a hotel.
Can I expedite my EAD based on the circumstances mentioned above?
