Hi guys!

If any of you guys is in similar position as me - or have been, appreciate your input.

I filed my 140, 485, 765, etc concurrently towards the end of July at TSC.
This is my timeline

When Package sent to USCIS : 7/26/2019
When Package received by USCIS : 07/29/2019
Which Service Center reviewing : TSC
Approval of I-140 : 9/25/2019
When FingerPrint notice scheduled and completed : 8/26/2019
When AP/EAD Text/Email approval : 9/18/2019
When AP/EAD Physical cards mailed : 9/21/2019

My I-485 status still shows "Case was received" similar to day 1. Nothing has changed so far even though i have completed my biometrics, I-140 approval, and got my EAD as well. No news of case being transferred, basically nothing.

So I called USCIS and enquired about my case and asked if my case will /or has been transferred to NBC, she said "why would your case be transferred" and she said they recently gotten info on my background check, and nothing further. She said nothing is pending on my end and they do not need any info as well.

Last week, before christmas i enquired again to know the updated status and she said my case is active and is in process. I enquire if they have any updates on background or security check etc but she said that they have no access to such info nor can they view it on their end.

I'm really confused. How do you know if its a L1 or L2 officer when you speak to them and do they have different access level to information? Cause they're telling me different things.
and i thought all cases gets transferred to NBC for processing before interview is scheduled.
its almost 6 months since i filed my 485 and no updates since but ive seen people who had the similar timeline as me being scheduled for interview. My FO is OKC.

Anyone in similar encounter? Any advice what I should do?
