I-765 expedite
Hopefully it brings a little hope to everyone here.
I applied my EAD card through marriage, and I’m currently on H-1B VISA until the end of this year.
I called and expedited my I-765 on 12/2/2019 after 60 days, and faxed supporting documents to the specific fax number they provided within 4 days.
I’ve been waiting with no update until 12/26/2019 and kept reading this forum. Finally, my case was updated to “new card is being produced”. Surprisedly my I-131 was also approved on 12/27/2019.
Today, 12/30/2019, I received two I-797 forms of I-765 and I-131. Fingers crossed that the EAD combo card can be mailed to me soon so I can go back to work in January.
I’m writing this to let people know that USCIS is still working during the holiday. Hopefully we can all get the EAD or green card as smooth as possible :)
