Name change during Naturalization
Hello All,
I have filed my I 485 in F2A category in the month of oct’19 and recieved an RFE last month asking for copy of my wife’s US citizenship proof.
My wife completed her Naturalization 2 weeks back and changed her name to bear my last name.
I have responded to USCIS with a copy of her naturalization certificate which has a new name (her original for name and my last name).
Will it be a problem or does USCIS understand that she will bear my last name as we are married?
