New Card Is Being Produced
Hello, I just wanted to share my EAD timeline. Employment-Based I-485 & I-765 adjusting from F-1. I am currently working with my OPT EAD
11/9/19: PD (I-485 & I-765)
11/21/19: 1st Expedite Request upon NOA - Received an email about 5 days later saying that they are still waiting for me to get my biometrics done.
12/5/19: Biometrics
12/5/19: 2nd Expedite Request
12/13/19: Received an email from USCIS to fax evidence
12/16/19: Evidence faxed
12/31/19: New Card Is Being Produced
I'm waiting for more updates and eventually to get my EAD card in hand.
My case is a little different. I applied the Expedite Request under severe financial loss. However, I kind of fell into two categories; severe financial loss & urgent humanitarian reason. I explained for both reasons in my cover letter and as well the letter from my employer.
