Question about processing time
I filed I-485 in New York in August 2017. In March 2019 we had our interview in nyc. In July 2019 they asked my husband to filed an 601 waiver. We filed 601 waiver in July 2019. So in August 2019 we moved to New Jersey. My question is according to my New Jersey zip code my I-485 is out processing time but the 601 waiver is process by Nebraska and it’s not out processing time. Can I raise a SR for the I-485 or do I have to wait for the 601 waiver to be out of processing time also. Since the I-485 approval will depend on the 601 waiver? Tia happy new tear everyone
