Case stuck on ‘Response to RFE was received....’
I got married to a USC in Oct 2018. We filed concurrently for AOS in Dec 2018. I did biometrics in Jan 2019 and got EAD in March 2019. We received an RFE for my spouse’s tax in March 2019 which we responded to in April 2019. It’s been more than 1 year and haven’t heard anything at all. We even thought our status should show ‘ready to be scheduled for interview’ atleast, but instead it shows ‘case was received’ & ‘your response to rfe was received.......’. We have made 2 Service Requests and we got no reply. We are just devasted.
Here’s our concerns?
- Does it mean there’s something wrong with our case?
- why haven’t they shown whether or not our response to RFE was correct & sufficient evening after 11months of sending response, which they acknowledged receipt?
-has anyone experienced this, and if so what was the outcome?
-should we be worried as this is totally stressing us out.
