Change of address after interview confirmation
Hi,
I am really stressed out and would appreciate any advice I can get right now.
My husband (UC) and I have been married for 2 years now. He lost his job a while back and we moved state to state to live with one of my relatives as he looked for a job. Before we moved we had already started the green card process (Jan 2019). When we moved we changed addresses on USCIS website. With that change of add my work permit never got delivered (still dont have it, that was like 8 months ago).

It took my husband longer than expected to get a job where we moved but he was getting unemployment and we didn't have to pay for a lot where we lived just helping with the bills and food.
He got a job offer from his uncle in a CA mid Nov 2019, Started in Dec 2019. The idea was for him to go first get settled in the job, get a few pay cheques enough to rent an apartment get a place before I could join him in CA.

I had received a RFE in Sep 2019. Resubmitted everything by Dec 2019. I did not think that I would receive a response so soon but my interview has been scheduled for end of Jan 2020.

Now I don't know if him working away will be a problem for our case, I've thought of moving in with his parents who live in CA in the meantime but then I know I have to change the address and that will definetely increase my processing time. We have waited so long, I do not have a job, a work permit, and my husband is away.

What should I do?
Change the address to my In laws for the mean time and get to the back of the line or
Use the current address we have on file, it's my relatives place so I know they'll let me know if I have mail.

Please help.
