I am currently in wait mode for my interview ( Case ready to be Scheduled ) and I am still waiting for my EAD/AP. My receipt date is Sep 18, 2019; however, I see many Oct 2019 filers getting their EAD/AP but without asking I cannot determine if they have requested an expedite or if they are family or employment based.
For those who wonder my field office is Fairfax, VA ( Washington, DC ) and NBC is processing my case.
So, if you are a Family-Based Aug/Sep/Oct 2019 filer and received your EAD/AP without any expedite, please leave a comment.
