I130 RFE
I got a RFE on my I130 asking for the passport size photo of me and my spouse. Wonder why they asked such knowing i130 have nothing to do with work permit or green card, it’s just to establish a relationship.
NB: i filled i130 one year ago at California service center, before filling I-485 in August 2019.
