Proof of Marriage
Hello All,
Me and my wife got married on July 2nd and applied the marriage based green card in November.
Here's my timeline
PD- Nov 4th
Case is updated with the finger prints - Dec 13th
I just want to gather all the information I can before the interview.
We never lived together due to work commitments, she's a STATE Attorney and I'm a developer. But she applied to the bar license in my state but we have to wait until it gets approved and then we can happily live together.
Since we don't live together - No lease, no utility bills under both names.
Also it's a 3hr drive we see each other every other weekend, since it's only a 3hr drive I don't fly so no Flight Tickets or anything except photos.
Here are the list of things that I have to prove our marriage is legit.
1: Joint Account checking and saving.
2: Ton's of photos with family/friends mostly with friends.
3: Event Tickets - Greeting cards for the last 3years for all the important occasions.
4: Social media comments after we got engaged and all of that.
5: Phone bill - This is the only thing that's under both names.
6 :Also I have proof that she applied to the bar license in my state so that she can make a move and we can live together.
7: I can get call logs, we call each other at-least 3-4 times a day and pretty much text all the time.
That's all I have for now. Do you think this is sufficient?
Hoping that my wife working as a STATE ATTORNEY will help me some how, thoughts?
Do we have enough documentation or should I try to get something else?
