E3D EAD Extension
My wife got her EAD last October 2019 until May 2020.
Both our visas expire in March 2020, I am in middle of changing the job and hope i do change before that deadline and apply for extension.
My question is until i have my new job offer i cannot apply for my wife EAD, so if i get a job in February and file for our visa extension at that time only i will have a chance to apply for her EAD right?
We live in Phoenix, so Can we send the application to Texas Centre directly as i see they are at a faster processing rate than other centers?
if not i have to sent it to California and my wife will have to quit her job eventually as i see the extension will go past May 2020 which is her current EAD status.
Please guide me in this situation.
