It was a horrible Christmas for me and my wife simply because our application was denied for not providing enough documents and evidence of binaries marriage after 2 and a half years of pending. We were given 30 days to appeal.
At these point, me and my wife decided we need no lawyer and we are not appealing because we know it’s our fault. Our drivers License has a diffferent address and the immigration went to my wife mothers house to for home visit because that’s the address on my wife’s drivers license.
We clearly saw everything that went wrong in our application so we decided that it’s not worth appealing.
We decided to moved together completely and get our financial life back on track because that’s why they say our marriage was just for immigration benefit.
We were both never married before. Truly we had a lot of challenges in our marriage but everything seems sweet now.
We just submitted our new application today. Hopefully this time around we have more experience and we are more matured to handle our home. Any advice and experience shared would be appreciated and thanks to everyone.
