May Filer Waiting on EAD
Hello everyone, I’ve been reading on this forum for about a month. I’m seeing people filed in September getting their work permits. As well as June filers asking if anyone is still waiting having filed prior. To answer this question- waiting since May 01, 2019. No RFE, no updates other than “fingerprints were applied to your case”. No reply to Service Request, less than a week ago filed 2nd SR. No news so far. I can’t possibly imaging what could cause such a backlog on my case. I have an I-130 approved, as I filed it in Jan 2018. Upon calling USCIS I’ve been told case is awaiting judicator’s review. I guess if no reply will be received to my second service request, I will have to contact congressman. It’s been over 8 months...If anyone is waiting filed May or prior, please let me know, I just want to know I am not the only one. Peace 🤞
