H4 Delhi status change to "Application Recieved" after 3 weeks of AP
Hi had interview in Delhi for H4. Was told application is Approved. Went into AP after that on 26 Dec and has been in AP till 8 Jan. On 8 Jan it changed to "Application Recieved" (case opened and ready for interview). My understanding is that this is the first step. How can my file be on "Application Recieved" after being in Admin Processing since 3 weeks? What does that mean??
Secondly I need to travel to some other countries for some important work. If I choose to withdraw my application, how long will it take for my passport to be returned ?
