I entered us on B1/B2 visa, Expiring on april 2011. But i also have my F1 visa stamped in New Delhi, India.
Now I want to enter USA on F1 Visa to Attened University of Texas. Can i just go to mexico and just re-enter us on F1 visa.
Do i need to have mexico visa or mexico border permit would do.
