USCIS Representatives don't know what they are talking about
We called today about out June 11th case.
It's still not technically outside of processing time (a few more days), but we called anyways.
The lady there told us "your EAD card is coming any day now, they are working on the 3rd of June cases".
Lol no they aren't. 3rd of June is the cutoff date for the service request. They are working on cases from all over the place.
She also told us if it doesn't come until next Friday call us again.
I wish the representatives could say something credible.
Saying "your card will come any day now" gives us false hope, and it is actually not helpful at all.
