Hello everyone!
I put in a request to expedite my ead due to financial loss. My current ead from other status is set to expire in March . I received this email today. Has anyone had to ask their employer for this type of letter? If so do you know where I can get a template or how it’s done? Should I also send copies of my paystubs and bills I pay.
Upon receipt of your request for expeditious processing, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax a letter from your employer, on company letterhead and signed by a company officer, stating that the company intends to terminate your employment to the following number:
