Lawyer refuses to do anything.
Our lawyer always chooses to do nothing.
He did file the paperwork back in the day and took his $3000 or whatever.
We are now few days away from (again) being outside of processing time. (Pd 11th of June)
I sent him an email saying that that is the case, and asked what should we do.
He said "You can call the 1-800 number I won't do anything before it gets to 9 months".
nine f-in' months. That is insane.
Now he might actually know something that we don't, like it takes 8 months on average for the cases that he is seeing or whatever, but still.
Its the easiest to take the money and refuse to act on anything actionable.
And the fact that USCIS published dates mean nothing to him, makes me bananas.
