Preparing Application to send/ Help
Hi everyone

I am new here, i have been reading a lot of post to kind have a idea of what we going to go through.

I am almost ready to send my application based on marriage to Usc.
I need a advice, my husband filed taxes for 2016 but for 2017-2018 got extension for both year, he is only now filing for 2017-2018 meaning that i don't have the transcript for those 2 years!
So the person who is filling our documents told us that we can't send the application without the 2 transcripts that we are missing otherwise the application could be denied and my husband will have to pay all the taxes owed after filling for those 2 years! Which obviously it won't be paid right away!
But i do have a Joint Sponsor with all the documents needed and enough income.

My question is can i send the application with only my husband taxe transcript for 2016 and let uscis know that we don't have the transcript yet because he got extension.
I have a Joint sponsor with all the taxes needed for the past 3 years.

Am i am risking that my application will be denied??? because my husband is filling only now his back taxes and still obviously didn't pay them yet.
Or uscis will be ok with that since i have a very good joint sponsor??

Please i need help i just want to start the process and send my application.

Thanks by advance who ever will respond to my post!
