Hi guys, sharing my experience/timeline for folks to get an insight -
13th Dec - Dropbox (passport + DS160)
20th Dec - Passport Returned + 221g Green slip ( "appear for interview"
23rd Dec - Interview (walk-in @ 10.30am)
23rd Dec - Case Updated - Admin Processing

....
9th Jan - Case Updated - Admin Processing (~ 10.30am)
10th Jan - Case Updated - Issued (~10.30am)
10th Jan - Passport tracker - Ready for pickup (~330pm)
since it was a Friday evening, i had to wait until sunday i.e. today
12th Jan - Passport picked up
The delay sucks, but overall if your VO mentioned "its approved".. you should have the AP updated as issued within ~10-15 working days worst case (i.e. keep a buffer of ~3 weeks)
Like some of you, had to cancel my flight as well, but happy its done now.
