Case approved but Green Card never received
Both I-130 and I-485 cases were approved after second interview. Its been 50 days since approval but case status stays the same “Case was approved”. Card was never produced or mailed. I got the approval notice letters a week after approval. Called service center twice, getting same answer, “Wait 60 days and call back”. Can’t schedule infopass, option is not available. Anyone was in the same situation or knows what’s the probable reason?
