Hello Everyone,
My husband and I had dated for almost 4 years and we just got married this July 2019 after my graduation. I came here with a F-1 Visa.
10/07/2019: PD
Forms: I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-864A
10/18/2019: Receipt Notices Receive through text and email
12/31/2019: Biometrics Appointment for I-765
01/06/2020: Biometrics Appointment for I-485 (I came to the local office, York PA, asked why was I required to have biometrics appt twice. Was there something wrong going. The officer had no idea...) We called them so many time...
01/09/2020: I-485 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
01/10/2020: I-485 Interview was scheduled.
No updated on Fingerprints ever!!!
Today I contacted USCIS via Emma Chat and asked when I would expect to get the interview notice in mail and if they happen to know my interview date yet? I was told that I was put in line for scheduling the interview and I have to continue waiting as my application is still in the processing time.
My husband may travel abroad for his best's friend wedding. We haven't booked his tickets because we don't know when our interview yet.
Do you have any similar experiences? When should we receive the interview notice? Our Field Office is Philadelphia, PA.
