Our experience in case it helps:
Originally on F-1, was using OPT STEM extension expiring Jan 2020. We married on May 2019:
Aug 12: Submitted AOS I-485, I-130, employment authorization & advance parole (concurrent filling)
Aug 14: USCIS receipt email
Aug 19: Check cashed notification
Aug 19. e-notification: Cases Accepted, Wait for letters on mail
Sep 9 Fingerprints taken
Oct 9: e-notice - Ready to schedule interview
Nov 19: Interview
Nov 19: Ordered new card
Nov 22: Card shipped
Nov 25: Card arrived

Interview in Memphis TN. Went smooth, we provided a lot of details on the original package, no extra information added during interview besides wedding celebration pictures. Never got an Employment authorization card or advanced parole, but that wasn't needed as case moved more or less quick and before the end of my OPT EAD card. Hope it helps to ease anxiety.
