Thanks for sharing your experience so far! I recently ran into a weird situation and I’m wondering if this happened to anyone?
Interview date: 12/12/2019 in New York, i130 was approved the next day. However, until now my i485 still says that an interview is ready to be scheduled and it hasn’t been updated. I still haven’t got approval notice yet.
My question is: shouldn’t i130 and i485 be approved together? My spouse is US citizen and I’m on a work VISA. I was advised to initiate a service request because it’s odd.
Has this happened to anyone? Your answer will be much appreciated! Let me know!
