Hello Guys,
Its my first post here. My mom is sick back home and I requested Expedite request on my I-131 advance parole thru my congressmen office. The request was approved on 12/18/19 but I have not heard from them since. I called and spoke with tier 2 officer and asked if there was any holds or RFE on the file they said no just wait until 30 day period and call us back if I don't hear anything. Also the tier 2 officer said that the case is assigned to a officer and I should hear back within 30 days. Tomorrow will be 30 days. What could be the hold up? Officer said that the account does not show them updates since congressmen office has their own way of requesting expedites. I never violated my visa and both of us have no criminal record.
