NBC - I-765 c(9) - Married to USC
Hey Everyone.
I don't have a priority date on my I-797C notice it just has a Received Date as 06/26/2019. Are both the same thing?
Also, I called USCIS and talked to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 and it wasn't really helpful. They keep reading the USCIS processing time that shows on the website but the weird thing is they keep saying "It's gonna take 7.5-10months" until I correct them and let them know that my case is c(9) category then they say "ohh then your case is gonna be 5.5-7.5months. "
I am afraid that they might have mine under different category and not c(9) which is causing the delay? I saw that lot of people who applied on Aug are receiving there EAD from NBC.
