Received 221(g) Blue slip
I had attend my visa interview on Dec 17 2019.

At the time of interview VO asked me some questions about my employment and asked me to wait for sometime, then she called me back to the interview counter and said your visa is in administrative processing and new passport is damaged you can't stamp on this passport now, apply for a new passport and submit. We don't need any documents for now to process administrative processing we will notify you via email if any required.

On 20th Dec 2019 : I received an email that "The administrative processing for your visa application is complete. Please submit your new passport along with the hard copy of this e-mail via drop box, operated at any of the 5 VAC or 6 CGI document drop-off locations.

On Dec 24th 2019: I submitted my new passport along with email hard copy and 221(g) blue slip issued on Dec17 2019.

on Jan 2nd 2020: I got a call from Bluedot and said to collect my passport. But I received the passport along with 221(g) without stamping.

221(g) requested documents:

I need to submit my employer 2 years tax returns, MS Agreement, Market Analysis Document, Work location, current Project details and my last 6 months pay stubs.

On Jan7th 2020: My employer has been submitted all the required documents.

Still if I check for my status it is in Administrative Processing Last updated on December31st 2019.

I don't know why after they sent me an email that my Administrative process is completed again they returned my passport along with 221(g),

On Jan17th 2020: Now my employer send another email to the US Consulate: "My inability to return to the U.S. and resume my employment in H-1B status is creating significant economic hardship for our company given the critical nature of my role and they need to issue my H1B visa asap".

Still it is in Administartive Processing Last Upadated on Dec 31st 2019.

Does anyone got the similar case?

Thanks in Advance,
Naga.
