Hello my son is in the process of filing for me.I have a lawyer and he has done the paper work the i130,131,1765 and i485 are to filed concurrently. While going through the paperwork I answered yes to question 17 part 8.I violated my f1 visa by not completing my school. Does affect my application.Have to explain the yes and it is nerve wrecking even with a lawyer . I pray that everything works out
