Good morning,
I received a notification yesterday from uscis saying that both my work authorization and travel document are approved.I wasn't expecting my advance parole to get approved now because I didn't file it with my package and mailed it almost three months after the package, yet they approved it with my EAD.
Does anyone have a similar situation?
If you didn't file I-131 and I encourage you if youare still waiting for you EAD to filet it you might still get a combo card and keep it for, God forbid, an emergency travel.
Here is my timeline:
8/27/2019 I-485, I-130, and I-765 received
9/23/2019 Biometrics done, no update after that.
11/18/2019 filedI-131
12/06/2019 EAD expedite request received
12/23/2019 Courtesy letter for I-693
12/30/2019 Ready to be scheduled for an interview (No fingerprint update after biometrics)
12/31/2019 expedite request denied
01/15/2019 I-765 New Card is Being Produced
01/162019 I-765 Approved
01/16/2019 I-131 Approved
