How long does it take to update case from “case is ready to be scheduled for interview” to “ interview scheduled”.
Last night my case status got updated to “case is ready to be scheduled for interview”.
Here is my timeline
Pd oct 1st, 2019, marriage based
Bio Oct 29th
Rfe Nov 21th
Responded Rfe Dec 23rd( but the acknowledged it on dec 30 due to holiday season)
Jan 10th EAD Expedite requested
Jan 12th emailed received to provide proof of financial hardship for EAD expedite request( thinking not to submit as case is moving forward)
Jan 13,2020- received courtesy letter about medicals
Jan 16- status updates to “ Case is ready for scheduling the interview”
Does any body know how long will it take for EAD to get approved after this status?
