RFE reasons?
Hi Everyone,
I have had the most weird and frustrating experience here. I expedited my I 765 case and submitted evidence for that but my I 485 said they had received "evidence to expedite my case". Now just after two days of receiving it, my update on I 485 said they finished with my "finger print review" was done and now I got an RFE. Funny thing is, I had received a similar update at the end of July saying my finger print review was done for both I 485 and I 765. :D I have noooooo clue what's going on. I called the USCIS but the tier 1officer had no idea what was going on either and kept on reading what RFE was. Lol. At this point, all I can do is prepare for my RFE. While I wait for my notice, can anyone tell me what reasons they have gotten RFEs for I 485, if you have?
