reasons for case denial
I finally got the letter why my case was denied. They said i failed to submit a joint sponsor
What bothers me now is the way forward i dont seem to understand.
has anyone ever had his case denied at this level?
they say i should not appeal but if am issued a notice to Appear, i will have the opportunity to renew my application.
then they also say if i believe that the denial of my application was an error i may file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider.
