Reopen or reconsidering approved I485
My husband and I had his AOS interview last week and they approved him on the spot. We were sent an approval notice in the mail right away. Yesterday he received a notice saying they are reopening or reconsidering the decision with no other information or instructions. Has anyone else had this happen?
The only issue I can think of is he hadn’t disclosed a minor infraction from 13 years ago in his initial application but did disclose it during the interview and included all of the paperwork that we could possibly provide considering the case file was destroyed. Our interviewing officer looked into it, took notes, and still approved us on the spot.
